We genuinely want to understand who your family is and what kind of journey you’re dreaming of.  We believe in this process because, as Harvard’s “Study of Adult Development” has shown, shared experiences are the key to lifelong happiness.

The knowledge, insight, and resources we bring to this process are, frankly, exponentially greater than what you can find on your own. A trip designed by us is a priceless asset, and we see our design fee as a more-than-equivalent exchange for this level of personal, expert-led design. It is the beginning of a true, one-on-one design relationship, and the first step to your family’s next great story.

Our process is different. There will be no ‘ask’ or high-pressure tactic at the end of this call. Our goal is simply to gather your story. Afterwards, as a complementary part of our process, we will build you a “Travel Narrative Navigator.” This is a custom, private webpage that provides a blueprint of your journey, showcases the “value gap” our expertise fills, and gives you a tangible first look at what Xeno National can create for you.
